multipolar trap

Story

I’ve been reading about how multipolar traps function and why they are so hard to disarm without actually making it an intention to do so, and at multiple levels. How it’s important to address the issue at levels of infrastructure (supporting systems and technologies), structure (cultural systems like norms, laws, and communities), and superstructure (myths, religions, symbols, dreams). Every level should point towards disarming a race to the bottom and incentivizing a careful march to the top. Easier said than done but at least once it’s said, it’s easier done.
